  • A yin person is a timid and neutral person; they love enjoying solitude and peacefulness.

  • A yang person is full of energy. Too much yang energy will make the person become aggressive.

  • To balance the energy between yin-yang, one person needs to be more cautious if the other person has more yang energy

  • However, if there is too much yin energy, then the relationship lacks adventure and excitement.
